Financica

The product

Financica connects a company's bank, sorts transactions, sends Peppol e-invoices and keeps double-entry books that the company and its accountant work on together. AI reads receipts and invoices, categorizes transactions and proposes reconciliations. A person signs off before anything posts.

The assistant

Customers ask the assistant for their VAT position, last quarter's travel spend, or who still owes them, and it answers from the live ledger. It runs in the Financica app, in Claude and ChatGPT, on Telegram and by email, with the same memory in each, so a question started by email can be finished in the app. When it wants to post an entry or remap a transaction, the run pauses until the customer approves.

What runs on Ingram Cloud

Each Financica user has their own assistant, with its own memory and conversations. The assistant works through tools Financica publishes over MCP, called on behalf of the signed-in user, so the ledger stays in Financica.

Approvals come from the platform and work the same way in the app, in chat and in email. Telegram, email and the Claude and ChatGPT connectors all run the same assistant, and adding one is configuration. Receipt parsing, bank-statement parsing and transaction categorization run as separate agents.
