Integrain's agents read Slack threads, GitHub activity, Google Drive and Gmail and draft wiki pages for people to review. Every change cites its source and can be reverted.
Two assistants
- The Curator creates, edits, renames and reverts pages on request. Each change waits for a person to approve it.
- The Librarian is read-only. It answers questions in plain language with citations, in Integrain or from Claude and ChatGPT.
What runs on Ingram Cloud
Integrain holds no model provider keys. Customers click "Set up on Ingram Cloud" to link their own Ingram Cloud organization, which is billed for usage and can revoke Integrain's access at any time.
Each user has their own Curator and Librarian, with memory and history that persist across Integrain releases. The Curator's edits pause for sign-off through Ingram Cloud's approvals. Integrain publishes its wiki operations as an MCP server, which its agents call. When Integrain changes how its assistants behave, it publishes a new agent version and every user moves to it.
